Frequently Asked Questions

How exactly does the teepee sleepover work?

  • Pick your date, your theme, and any additional add-on's. If you do not see the theme you are looking for, we can try to accommodate a new theme if given enough notice (at least two weeks).  There will be an additional $80 charge for a new theme.

  • We will confirm your party rental dates, times and other details and go over any questions and/or special requests you might have through email/telephone/direct message. We will then send you a Rental Agreement to sign and send back and an invoice. Once everything is signed, a deposit is due to confirm your reservation. The deposit amount is 50% of the total balance due. Once your deposit is received your reservation is official! 

  • Two weeks before your event, we will contact you to reconfirm your delivery and agree upon a delivery and pick up time. The remaining balance will be due prior to delivery/setup on the day of your event. 

  • We deliver and set up, so you can sit back and relax. It will take anywhere from 60 - 90 minutes to set up the teepee sleepover party package, and around 45 minutes to set up an additional picnic add-on.  It will take anywhere from 45-90 minutes to set up the picnic package. For teepee sleepovers, we come the next day to pack up and pick up at the time agreed upon.  For picnics and single-item rentals, we come the same day to pack up and pick up at the time agreed upon.  

  • After each teepee sleepover party, all bedding and mattress covers are laundered and sanitized. All tray tables, throw pillows and decor items are also either sanitized or steam cleaned.  After each picnic, all décor, throw pillows, tables, rugs, and tableware are cleaned and sanitized.  After each single-item rental, all equipment is also wiped clean and sanitized.   

How long is my rental for?

Your teepee sleepover rental will be overnight. We will decide and agree on a time to drop off and pick up.


Your picnic rental or single-item rental will be for the day.  We will decide and agree on a time to drop off and pick up same day. 

 

How much is set up and delivery for my address?

  • If your address is within 20 miles of Trabuco Canyon, your delivery is FREE! 

  • If your address is outside of our 20 mile radius, there will be a delivery fee of $75.

  • Currently we only service Orange County. 

What type of payments are accepted?

At this time we accept, Venmo, Zelle, and Cash/Check

What if I have to cancel?

If you need to cancel, your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 14 days before your event. If you cancel within the 14-day period, the deposit is non-refundable, but you may reschedule to a later available date at no cost.

What if the weather is bad on the day of my outdoor picnic?

In the event that there is bad weather on the day of your outdoor event, you can reschedule your event for a later date to be used within 90 days.  The deposit is non-refundable, but will stay as a credit to you to be used within the 90 day period. 

How much space is needed?

Each teepee sleepover tent and mattress takes up a 48" x 75" space. The mattress is a Twin size. Ideally for a setup of 8 teepees, a space of at least 18' x 18' is best.  If you have any questions about your space, we can set up a call to discuss and see what configuration options are possible. Please note, the setup area needs to be cleared and free of furniture prior to our arrival.

What if there is damage to rental items or missing pieces?

When you agree to our Rental Agreement you agree to replace lost or damaged items at fair market price.  Please keep any items that can cause damage away from the rental items.  Please be kind to the rental items.
